چکیده
Introduction: Radical orchidectomy is considered both a therapy and part of the staging procedure. Stage I seminoma may be treated with orchiectomy alone while remaining 15% to 20% have relapse if they receive no additional treatment during five-year surveillance. Most recurrences occur within first 2 years after diagnosis, location recurrence typically in retroperitoneum. This article aims share experience management testicular multidisciplinary approach.Case Presentation: We are reporting case 26-year-old male growing mass at right scrotum just two months radical orchidectomy. patient was previously stage underwent Tumor debulking inguinoscrotal reconstruction using pedicled anterolateral thigh (ALT) flap were done through collaborative surgery between urology plastic surgery. However, according National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), relapsed mass, this can classified as having III good-risk disease due evidence non-pulmonary visceral metastasis. With risk bleomycin causing lung fibrosis, four cycles etoposide cisplatin chemotherapy regimens for patient. Evaluation should by checking tumor markers imaging studies. Conclusions: The reappearance unexpectedly occurred quite short period, that Immediate intervention urologist surgeon wide incision margin ALT reconstruction. Unfortunately, however, second month follow-up, there bulging beneath which needed further evaluation ultrasonography confirm possibility or seroma. If confirmed, scheduled soon possible.

Reinnervated anterolateral thigh flap for tongue reconstruction.
BACKGROUND Total or near-total glossectomy defects are commonly reconstructed with rectus abdominis myocutaneous flaps for coverage. Sensory reinnervation has rarely been performed. METHODS Thirteen consecutive total or near-total glossectomy reconstructions were performed in a 12-month period with anterolateral thigh flaps with (n = 8) or without (n = 5) sensory reinnervation to the lingual ...
متن کاملAnterolateral thigh flap for postmastectomy breast reconstruction.
Most postmastectomy defects are reconstructed by use of lower abdominal-wall tissue either as a pedicled or free flap. However, there are some contraindications for using lower abdominal flaps in breast reconstruction, such as inadequate soft-tissue volume, previous abdominoplasty, lower paramedian or multiple abdominal scars, and plans for future pregnancy. In such situations, a gluteal flap h...

IMPORTANCE This study describes a reliable technique for mucosal reconstruction of large defects using components of a common free flap technique. OBJECTIVE To review the harvest technique and the varied scenarios in which the anterolateral thigh adipofascial flap (ALTAF) can be used for mucosal restoration in oral cavity and nasal reconstruction. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS A retrosp...

BACKGROUND A retrospective study was conducted to evaluate the advantages of anterolateral thigh (ALT) flap in tongue reconstruction. METHOD From September 2008 to February 2012, patients receiving ALT flap tongue reconstruction were included in the study. Patients undergoing ALT flap were compared with those undergoing similar surgery with radial forearm flap (RFF). The medical records of th...
